At STEPHANIE SANTOS JEWELERS, we know how difficult it is to order online without actually seeing the goods in front of you. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns for within 15 days of placing your order.
All shipped items will be insured and you’ll receive a tracking number.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you would track your order.
We may require a signature from an adult buyer with a photo identification issued by the United States government for delivery confirmation purposes. Failure to complete this requirement may end in the return of your order to our facilities.
In order to receive a refund for your order, you must keep the product with its original characteristics with all the labels still in place. Items without labels that have been removed or tampered with are NOT eligible for return.
We will not process your Return or Refund if the items are not within these conditions upon receipt of the items here at kingsjewelrymiami.com.
*If you received Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect items, contact us within 5 days of when your package was received with a photo of the defect or issue to: email@example.com or +1 786 2916 748 & +1 786 868 7855 so we can fix it for you.
HOW DO I GET MY RETURN STARTED?
First, submit a request with us for your Return. Click here to submit a Return request. Upon approval of your request, you will receive in your email account a label shipping from us to proceed
Required- Include a Printed copy of your order confirmation or your packing slip in your package that lists your order number and items that were ordered with us. When we receive the package in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
When we receive your items, we will send you a notice of receipt by email, confirming the receipt of the package. Within a period of 15 days of the reception of the warning of cancellation, we will process the in Store-Credit to your account.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed on our website. If you need to cancel an order, you have a small window of opportunity to do so. You can send us a message within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try canceling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the shipping process, unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.
Returns postmarked after 15 days will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense. Please keep in mind that we offer 15 days to present your Exchange. If you submit your exchange request after 15 days of placing your order, your exchange request will not be accepted.
